From our electricians on the job site to our top management team, All Star’s staff delivers on our company values of teamwork, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence. We have gathered many, although not all of our employees who are spread all over southeastern Louisiana, and present them to you. This fine group of professionals remains committed to excellence and professionalism. Below and on the following pages, we have outlined our true “All Star Team”.
All Star's team was extraordinarily cooperative, working closely with the other subcontractors, the design team, and the Superdome staff to overcome challenges in the electrical scope. With the largest subcontract on the project, All Star set the pace and the example for the other subcontractors. From cut and cap and rough-in to finish devices and fixtures, All Star was involved in every phase of every portion of the work.

Mr. Todd Trosclair, Sr. has been in the electrical industry for over 35 years. He co-founded All Star Electric in 2003. With his unique ability to develop strong customer relations, Mr. Trosclair has built a company with an ironclad reputation, a strong dedication to customer service, a constant focus on safety, an undeniable commitment to local communities, and most of all, a loyal and supportive team. His business acumen and consultation are important driving forces for All Star Electric.

Harold Boydston
President
HAROLD BOYDSTON | PRESIDENT

Mr. Boydston has been a part of All Star Electric since 2003. As President, Harold is integral in everyday operations, as well as managing the Civil Division. He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, and currently holds electrical as well as mechanical licenses in Louisiana and other nearby states.

Paul Murray
Vice-President of Operations
PAUL MURRAY | VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Paul joined All Star in 2003 and was instrumental in the successful and unprecedented recovery activities that dominated the electrical construction field following the 2005 catastrophe, Hurricane Katrina. A New Orleans native, Paul brings over 20 years of professionalism, tact, and expertise to the All Star team. Paul has had a critical role in developing All Star's corporate culture and scaling company growth.

Jeremy Martin
Vice-President of Operations
JEREMY MARTIN | VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Jeremy joined All Star in 2013 and provided the company with the expertise and experience necessary to assist All Star in making the leap into a new phase of growth and technological advancements. With over $500M in project management experience and specific background in prefabrication, Jeremy stood up a new department that manufactures a significant portion of a project's pre-installation builds. Since his addition to the team, Jeremy has been a key member of All Star's growth and success in the current market.

Todd Desselles
Vice President of Operations
TODD DESSELLES | VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Todd Desselles brings over 20 years of experience in electrical construction and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at All Star Electric. Todd oversees the management of quality control on various projects and handles the purchasing of materials process. Additionally, Todd oversees the development and monitoring of projects budgets and estimating.

Steve Montz
Chief Estimator
STEVE MONTZ | CHIEF ESTIMATOR
20+ years experience
Steve Montz brings over 20 years of experience in electrical construction and currently serves as the Chief Estimator at All Star Electric. Steve oversees the comprehensive estimating process, handling all aspects of the pre-construction job estimates for upcoming bids.
Mr. Montz has been employed with All Star Electric since 2003. He began as a senior estimator before being promoted to Chief Estimator. He oversees all aspects of the Estimating Department as well as the Design/Build Division. Steve is instrumental in developing relationships with possible new clients as well as existing clients.

Connie Boudreaux
Controller
CONNIE BOUDREAUX | CONTROLLER
40+ years experience
Mrs. Boudreaux, with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and 5 years of experience with a CPA firm, has served in the capacity of Controller at All Star since the company’s founding in 2003. Connie is responsible for directing the company’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures. While the reviews are a collaborative activity, Connie regularly contributes in the areas of labor, material, and other costs. Connie leads a team of 6 accountants including Bruce Mehrtens, a licensed CPA.
Her dedication to the company and her love for the work the company does is the basis for the strong dedication Connie has for All Star Electric, Inc.

Tom McDonald
Human Resources Director
TODD MCDONALD | HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
20+ years experience
Mr. McDonald joined All Star Electric, Inc. in 2005 and assumed the duties of Office Manager of the Civil and Service Divisions. After nine years of performing these duties, Todd moved to the All Star Corporate offices and assumed the role of Payroll Supervisor. In 2017 he joined the HR Department and assumed the duties of HR Director in 2018.

Safety Director
LANCE CHETTA | SAFETY DIRECTOR

Lance Chetta brings over 15 years of experience in the safety industry and currently serves as the Safety Director at All Star Electric. Beginning in 2008, Lance charted a course in the safety industry. Earning accreditation as a Certified Safety and Health Official from Texas A&M University, Mr. Chetta is a highly competent and committed safety and security professional. Mr. Chetta has a demonstrated commitment to the development of safety and health in both the General Industry and Construction fields.

KAY ZERINGUE | SPECIAL PROJECTS DIRECTOR
Kay Graduated from LSU with Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Accounting. With over 25+ years of experience in software design, development, and implementation of accounting systems, Kay has worked for various Oil and Gas Refineries including Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil. Kay's IT managerial skills and accounting background provide her the unique skillset as Special Projects Director to aid in All Star's vertical growth and horizontal integration. Kay is a key member in forming the future of All Star Electric, and provides upper management flexibility with her ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
